Christmas 2020 Ordering Information

There are several changes to the holiday shipping deadlines over previous years.

Please read the following information in order to assure your item will arrive on time:

When is the deadline to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery?

All orders must be placed no later than 11:59pm on Sunday, November 22, 2020 in order to guarantee delivery by Christmas. In addition, you must approve your proof no later than Wednesday, December 2 at noon. It is the responsibility of the customer to check your email for your proof, including your junk/spam. (Due to the proof being an attachment, often the email will go into spam, even if we have emailed each other previously!)

In order to avoid confusion on rush orders, all orders placed after November 22 will be treated and delivered like regular orders. Your order may still arrive before Christmas, but it cannot be guaranteed and priority will be given to the orders that were placed before the deadline. See Question #4 here to see how long regular orders take.

What other options do I have to order if I miss the deadline for ordering?

You have a couple of options if you miss the November 22 deadline to order. You can purchase a gift certificate, which I can email to you in as little as an hour (depending on if I’m in the office at the time). Then the recipient can choose their own words, dates and colors. I recommend you make it a family activity, where everyone can contribute to the word list, making the piece even more meaningful. Your second option is to go ahead and order, and present a printout of the proof as the gift, with the promise that the actual item will arrive shortly after Christmas.

I want to give a TYPOGRFX as a gift, but I can’t come up with the word list. What can I do?

TYPOGRFX is the perfect gift for any occasion. However, you might not be able to come up with all of the words that would be meaningful to the recipient. In this case, you can purchase a gift certificate to give and let the recipient come up with the words that are important to them. Problem solved!
